Some provider settings, retention details and historical records remain unconfirmed; those limits are stated below. This notice does not claim legal review or compliance certification.
Stratum Relay LLC operates this website to explain its engineering practice and let visitors arrange a first conversation. The former hosted audit, onboarding and outbound services are retired. This notice separates current website and scheduling interfaces from historical processing and continuing opt-out obligations.

The former application supported business-to-business outreach to professional firms. Depending on its configuration and use, it could process work email addresses, firm names and websites, public source URLs, practice areas or business categories, public-profile and enrichment details, campaign assignments and activity, and opt-out status. Sources included public firm websites and directories. These are historical capabilities, not current website services.
Hunter, Icypeas, Google Places, MillionVerifier and Anthropic were available integrations for research, verification or enrichment; Smartlead was available for campaign and message management. Availability does not establish that each provider processed a particular person's information. Smartlead's account cancellation is recorded, but it is not evidence that provider-held records were deleted. The extent of historical provider use and remaining copies has not been fully confirmed; retiring a service does not end applicable data-handling obligations.
The former audit and onboarding routes are retired and return a service-retired response; they no longer accept those submissions. The previous public notice described audit inputs (website URL, optional firm name and declared monthly lead estimate) in a signed, unencrypted URL token usable for up to 30 days. It also described audit-view records containing firm names and hashes of the token, submitted URL and request IP address, potentially linked to lead or campaign records. These descriptions concern the former service, not a new audit offer or a current retention deadline.
The former onboarding form collected firm/contact details, forwarding and coverage instructions, case criteria, escalation details, an optional target date and notes. The previous notice described emailing that packet through Resend rather than saving it in the application database. Copies in historical mailboxes or provider systems may remain; retiring the route does not itself delete them.
The current unsubscribe endpoint uses request IP addresses for in-memory rate limiting. Website delivery and infrastructure services can also process connection information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. Hosting and infrastructure providers may maintain operational logs under their policies and account settings; their specific log categories, settings and retention have not been confirmed for this notice.
The website can save your selected color palette in your browser's local storage as stratum-palette.
This preference is separate from analytics and scheduling. You can remove it using your browser's site-data controls.
The marketing pages include a
Plausible Analytics tracker, including outbound-link
measurement. Booking-link activation and opening the booking popover dispatch the existing
BookClicked event through a queue while the tracker loads. That event identifies a click/open action,
not a booking or qualified conversation; the dispatch adds no contact details or query-string payload.
The stratumrelay.com site and matching event goal are configured with the
America/New_York reporting timezone. Form and file-download tracking are disabled.
Complete traffic coverage and visitor outcomes have not been verified. This standalone privacy page includes no analytics script.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google Ads integrations remain in historical audit templates behind configuration identifiers. Those templates are not served by the current retired audit routes. Their presence in source does not establish current collection or deletion of historical analytics data. Provider policies and source code alone do not verify account-specific collection, cookie, consent or retention settings.
Scheduling is provided by Cal.com. Website continuity records identify Fly.io hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure; their current logging and data-handling settings have not been fully confirmed. Resend and the research/campaign integrations above are described for their historical roles, not asserted to be active website services. Providers can receive information to perform their services and process it under their terms, privacy notices and applicable agreements. This notice does not claim that no personal data is processed or that no data is shared with providers.
The current suppression store does not automatically expire opt-out records. Suppression information is retained to honor requests not to receive messages; this is not a promise of permanent deletion of the address everywhere.
Historical records were retained during retirement. The previous application had no automatic expiration for lead, campaign, audit-view or suppression records. Audit-link expiry is distinct from deletion of related records, archives or provider copies. Applicable historical retention and deletion obligations, including any legal holds or contractual duties, are separate from the website's technical retirement.
Booking details, contact emails, infrastructure logs, analytics data, backups and historical provider copies may be retained under their respective settings and obligations. Their actual durations or approved retention criteria have not been fully established for this notice. No fixed retention period or blanket deletion promise is made.
Use /unsubscribe or an original unsubscribe link in an email to request suppression. Keep the confirmation as evidence of a successful request. Opting out does not erase historical records or prove deletion by every provider. If the form cannot complete your request, contact us.
